Why can't I book just 1 night?

A select number of hotels require a minimum stay greater than 1 night. If you can’t easily find a room that allows a booking for 1 night, please PreferTrip Support so we can assist you.

Cancellation

What is hotel's cancellation policy?

We understand plans change and for customer convenience – cancellation policy is stated for each hotel. If not stated – contact [email protected]. No-shows will not be refunded.

How can I make changes to my hotel reservation?

Can I cancel my booking online?

Each booking email also includes a cancellation link which can be clicked to cancel your bookings. Kindly reach out to [email protected] for any immediate assistance. For immediate response – call support at 91-98103 80090.

Do I have to cancel "Pay At Hotel" bookings?

Each booking email also includes a cancellation link which can be clicked to cancel your bookings. Hotels can charge a minimum payment for bookings with “Pay At Hotel” option. Cancellation policy vary from hotel to hotel and if cancelled 24hrs before check-in – full refund will be made. For any queries – email support at [email protected]

I bought PreferTrip experience online. How can I cancel it?

Send email to [email protected] with subject as “Cancel My Service Purchase” and add service order details in email. For any immediate assistance – raech support at 91-98103 80090. Rest assured – all services cost will be fully refunded if cancelled before 3 hrs of actual service start time. Users also have option to postpone or reschedule at no additional cost.

Refund

I cancelled by Online bookings. How long will it take to get refund?

All refunds will be made after any deducations (if applicable) within 2-3 business days.

Payment

What forms of payment do you accept?

We use payment gateway from “RazorPay” & PayTm to process all credit/debit cards payments. Both are reputed companies and PreferTrip doesn;t store any of the credit card information. All major credit cards are accepted.

Is there any other mode of payment?

User can also avail “Pay At Hotel” available for selected hotels, to pay directly at the hotel. Unless stated – full amount has to be paid during check-in. Some hotels require very minimum amount to offer “Pay At Hotel” option and info should be stated on the website.

What forms of payment do you accept for international travelers ?

International travelers / NRIs can use Paypal to make their reservations.

Is my card charged at the time of booking?

If the room shows as “available” your card will be charged the total price listed under “Room Price Details”.

Can I hold a room without paying for it?

“Pay At Hotel” option can be used at selected hotels, to hold a room without payment.

Is my credit card information secure?

We take our security very seiously. All payments are processed from HTTPS secured page certified by Comodo and PreferTrip never / or will ever save your credit card information. All payments are processed from Payment gateway secure pages.
